Four condo loft units, ranging in size from 1,900-3,500 sq ft, occupy a
triangular corner lot facing Venice Blvd 1 mile from the beach. A sequence of
interlocking two-story spaces open the interiors to internal views and light through
elevated courtyards. The pace and speed of Venice Blvd is reflected in the
angular geometry of the façade, which diverts the headlights of oncoming traffic
and optimizes privacy while maintaining a visual connection to the sky.
