Located between Sunset Blvd and Westerly Terrace, this mixed-use project is a 1,000 sq ft retail café and three 3,000 sq ft condo units on a hillside with a vertical
change of over 100 ft. The café is on Sunset Blvd, while the three dwelling units move up the hillside through a series of double-height interior spaces and private rooftop gardens. The exterior planes of the buildings overlap, carve in and out, and are balanced by large expanses of operable glass and balcony spaces.
