Three 2,000 sq ft single-family residential lofts were designed under the LA
Small Lot Ordinance, with each residence held fee simple. Interior spaces
oscillate between compressed private zones and expanded public zones. Each unit has a large glass light and circulation element that connects the double-height
spaces, the vertical circulation, and the outdoor living space. Natural daylight
choreographs the sequences of space.
