Three single-family lofts from 2,000-2,500 sq ft designed under the LA Small Lot Ordinance with each residence held fee simple. Inward and outward tilting planes define the entry façade and interior spaces. Each unit has a zone of daylight running along the length of the home: the zone organizes the double-height spaces while providing large glazing opportunities, organizing vertical circulation, and connecting public to private zones. Natural light floods each space.
