Two 2,400 sq ft single-family homes developed under the LA Small Lot Ordinance held fee simple. The homes correlate with a public entry on the 2nd floor descended by a grand staircase to the Venice Walk, which leads to the beach one block away. Each house maximizes the program, captures views of the water, and carefully sequences natural light via a system of skylights. They also identically enjoy a large roof deck that provides sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.
